> These commissions are for private use only (not meant to be made into merchandise or resold).
> Any inappropriate behavior will result in a cancellation.
> If you’d like to cancel your commission at any time please let me know at the earliest date—whether the commission is partially or fully refunded will depend on how much work has already been done.

I’ll keep requests open until my slots are full. If all my slots are full then my commissions will be put under “Wait-Listed”. You can STILL send your request through at this stage and you will be next in line on the waitlist once I finish the current slots.
I will only close my commissions when i have several requests in line.
Reference Policy
For original characters I do require that the client provides me with at least one to two decent reference. I will be clear and upfront about my capabilities and whether I think I can complete your commission.
> This does not inlcude roblox/minecraft/gacha skins and avatars as they are too difficult to work with
You may send me specific references for poses/hairstyles/clothes etc. that you’d like included!
> I will NOT accept requests that provide AI generated images and please do not send me other artists’ work and pass it off as your own if you haven’t commissioned them.
Regular Commission Prices
Commission prices are determined by size, level and additional details as indicated below.I will always send a breakdown of your commission price but you can renegotiate the details of your request so that the price stays within your range.

Prices for Extra
> Additional Characters — 60% is added for every additional character in the same commission (although this does vary for children/babies!)
> Low detail (ie. plants/vehicle) backgrounds — $5
> High detail (ie. weapons/some animals/detailed patterning) — $20
> Dramatic Lighting — this doesn’t have a fee but you do need to specify if you’d like a specific type of lighting in your request form
!!!Donation Comms!!!
Alternatively, if a client provides proof/a receipt for a donation towards a relief fund, organization or GoFundMe for Palestine, Sudan, Congo etc; I will also accept your commission request! Commission will only be accepted if the donation was given during the current month (ie. will not accept a donation commission for a donation that was made back in january if it is currently june).

Commission Process
Once you are ready to commission me you can press the “Request A Commission” button. It will direct you to my Artistree request page.
Communication regarding your commission will be done primarily through Artistree but you can provide a secondary contact in case.
From there you may select the commission type you’d like, details and all and send in your request.
I’ll send a quote breaking down the price of your request.
You may renegotiate the details of your request if it falls outside your budget so we can reach an agreed amount.
Once everything is confirmed, I will send updates for thumbnail sketches, the chosen sketch, color confirmation and one before finalizing your commission. I will wait for you confirmation before continuing work on your commission. I will also send updates if you request and changes—!!!!After the sketch stage, big changes like altering poses or composition will result in an additional fee!!!!
